Feeding unit: Lead edge feeder
○High-speed precision cutting-edge feeding device with high feeding precision, strong suction force, not easy to slip, and stable conveying of various types of corrugated board.
○Special polyethylene-based feeding rubber wheels with fence type tray and air cushion ensure smooth conveying of thick and warped paperboard and precise placement of paperboard.
○Variable frequency suction volume micro-adjustment device to adapt to the feeding requirements of different thicknesses of corrugated board from F to 5 layers.
Sheet transmission and alignment section
○Pneumatic side push stopper (left and right sides)
○Left and right flaps can be adjusted independently in position or synchronously. The sloping front stopper can be finely adjusted front-to-back and up-and-down to reduce the pressure on the paper under the pile for smoother feeding.
○Left and right side positioning push gauges ensure accurate cardboard side positioning.
○The height adjustment device of the upper and lower pallet is adjusted according to the paper quality and thickness for smoother and more stable paper feeding.

Stripping Unit: Four sides waste removal
