Automatic High-speed Prefolding Gluing Machine
Series H folding gluing machine is pre-fold machine, adopts synchronous belt transmission and electronic continuously variable speeder, domestic standard electronic components,feeding section adopt mechanic continuously variable, stable and easy to control and operate. It is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, stationery and other ordinary cartons, process and glue for all kinds of pre-fold boxes. Pre-folding can be applied to auto packaging, the fold 2 and fold 4 of the processed box can reach 135°and 180°, perfectly combing the requirements of auto packaging together. (we can design according to the customer's intention.).
1 Paper feeding:
A. Automatic, correct and continuous paper feeding, feeding interval can be adjusted;
B. Separate adjustment device for feeding belt, very convenient to change;
C. Independent vibration motor device, greatly improve the feeding quality;
D. Feeding blade, right and left baffle can be adjusted up and down whole, shorten the adjusting time.
2 pre-fold section:
A. long distance folding back section to ensure the carton first-line 180 degrees, third line 135 degrees; open conveniently to fill in the carton.
B. Easy replacement of each parts, easy installation of the accessories for other types of box.
3.Folding:
Lengthened folding to avoid the unevenness while the rapid forming of cartons and make it come to perfection.
4.Full pressing:

B. 2Two modes for pressing belt speeding:
C.Auto: set distance between boxes, pressing belt speed is the same as the machine, belt removes while sensor detect it.
D.Manual: pressing belt conveys in a fixed speed and machine speed will not put any effect on it.
E.With counting device to count the finished boxes to match with boxes regulating, easy to count and pack
5.Transmission
1.Equipped with impacting device to press the paper after accounting and make it easy to pack paper.
