Model GK-GS  folding gluing machine is multifunction high-speed machine,imported electronic components, adopt synchronous belt transmission and electronic continuously variable speeder ,feeding section adopt mechanic continuously variable, stable and easy to control and operate. It is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, stationery and other ordinary cartons, process and perfectly combing the requirements of auto packaging together. (in case of any special function required, we can design according to the customer's intention.




(I) GS Series Folding and Gluing Machine Features:
1. The main drive adopts ribbed v-belt featuring stable running and precised transmission.
2. Using servo motor drive for paper feeding to accurately adjust the feeding speed and adjust the density of the carton.
3. Using T-screw for the adjustment of all guide plates (electronic screw is optional),adjustment can be easily and accurately.
4. Several thicker belts with the vibrating motor (suction feeding is optional) make the paper feeding continuously and smoothly.
5.The highly integrated crutch shaping structure makes the adjustment of all standard and non-standard cartons easily.
6.The electric glue spraying system is convenient to remove and clean.
7. Crutch belt is with automatic tension function.
8. With small box positioning device, the taller or shorter boxes can be shaped accurately.
9. Adopt the photoelectric counter and kicking device.
10. The servo motor combined with the reverse hook device can finish the folding action accurately.
11. The transmission part can adjust the paper receiving position by sliding the belt up and down. It adapts to all carton models.

GS series folding gluing machine is suitable for straight-line, crash-lock bottom, double wall, 4 & 6-corner boxes ,special boxes ans ect.

The components of the machine

Feeding:
5pcs Adjustable feeding belts to ensure easy adjustment, stable and smoothly feeding.
Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure feeding internal and stable transmission.
One-touch Pneumatic knife, easy for the adjustment of feeding belts

Pre-fold:
Double-board structure with a set of pre-folding knife. Pre-fold angle is 180°and 90°.
Packed with special track device.
Lengthened folding to avoid the unevenness while the rapid forming of cartons and make it come to perfection.

Bottom Lock
3-board tracking structure, upper gluer can make bottom-locked box automatic gluing and forming, can be used for the special-shaped cartons.
The entire bottom-lock part is installed in a reversible bracket, substantially reduce the swap adjustment time of bottom-fold box and the other types of box. Bottom-folding speed is 50-200 pcs per min, stable and reliable.

Folding Section:
Lengthened folding to avoid the unevenness while the rapid forming of cartons and make it come to perfection.

Trombone:
Automatic: set distance between boxes, pressing belt speed is the same as the machine, belt removes while sensor detect it.
Manual: pressing belt conveys in a fixed speed and machine speed will not put any effect on it.
Transmission:
Equipped with feeding paper inspection device.
Equipped with impacting device to press the paper after accounting and make it easy to pack paper.
With counting device to count the finished boxes to match with boxes regulating, easy to count and pack.
