A series box pasting machine is an air-moving pressure bed device for edge-straightening hook, adopt synchronous belt transmission and electronic contimuously variable speeder, domestic standard electronic components, feeding section adopt mechanic cintinuously variable, stable and easy to control and operate, it is widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, stationery and other ordinary cartons, process and glue for all kinds of bottom-locked cartons, pre-fold section is applied to auto packaging, fold 2 and fold 4 all cartons can reach 90° and 180°, perfectly combing the requirements of auto pckaging together.

Feeding Section
1.6pcs Adjustable feeding belts to ensure easy adjustment, stable and smoothly feeding.
2.Continuously Variable Speeder to ensure feeding internal and stable transmission.
3.One-touch Pneumatic knife, easy for the adjustment of feeding belts.
Aligner Section
1.The paper board sent from feeder section will be corrected by aligner section to ensure transmission accurately.
2.Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness.
Pre-fold
Double-board structure with a set of pre-folding knife. Pre-fold angle is 90°and 135°, especially suitable for small but high cartons, more satisfactory while rapid prototyping.
Bottom-Lock
3-board tracking structure, upper gluer can make bottom-locked box automatic gluing and forming, can be used for the special-shaped cartons. The entire bottom-lock part is installed in a reversible bracket, substantially reduce the swap adjustment time of bottom-fold box and the other types of box.
Full pressing
1.Auto: set distance between boxes, pressing belt speed is the same as the machine, belt removes while sensor detect it.
2.Full press section continuous and automatic box collection mechanism that ensures a neat transfer to the press section guaranteeing a well aligned flow.
Transmission
1.Equipped with special additional sponge belt for the press of boxes valley part.
2.Upper section moves back and forward, allowing for different box length.
3.Pneumatic pressure regulator ,which can effectively ensure the uniform of fitting pressure, makes machine easy to adjust.
