Main Features :
Feeding system:Servo controlled feeding system,Sensor detection system,and Vacuum suction.

No need the adjust the distance or change different size cam to control feeding .It save the time and more precision when change the mold.

Sensor detection to control start and stop feeding and more width belt will replace the up down part.Feeding will be much more steady.

 

High production speed, making cup speed can be 70-90pcs/min, stable operation at 85pcs/min, cost-effective than similar products.
Aluminum disc indexing adopts open cam, maintenance and lubrication is more convenient and simple than gear box divider, the space of transmission parts in the machine is large, and it is easy to operate and maintain. It is superior to similar products on the market in all aspects, and can replace similar models on the market.
1.Three times paper feeding
Paper can be well adjusted with three times feeding process,
avoid the irregularity during folding paper fan.
2.Sensor System
Encoder and the sensor control the machine at the same time,
one paper fan match one bottom, no waste.
Failure warning, machine stopped automatically.
3. Self-lubrication system.
Maintaining oil go to machine every part needed,
 no need worker spraying oil manually.
 

When give the bottom paper, sometimes the bottom paper will be turned over, cannot match the paper fan well, this machine shorten the process, give bottom directly, avoid the problem.

If you need double PE coated paper cups or paper gram higher than 250g/m², we recommend to use Ultrasonic paper cup machine. It can produce single PE coated paper cups and double PE coated paper cups.
