Film changing operation: when the film is used up, stop the machine, turn the rotating arm of the film conveying gas expansion shaft outward, remove the film sleeve, replace the new film roll, put the new film roll on the original scale, and then reset the rotating arm of the film conveying gas expansion shaft to start the machine.


The clutch of the compound rubber roller of the machine adopts the automatic circulating oil pump pressurization system. After pressing the pressure closing button, the pressure closing rubber roller will automatically rise to the working position for film lamination production. The working pressure has been adjusted before leaving the factory. If the user needs to adjust the pressure, he only needs to adjust the overflow valve on the pressure oil station to make the pressure of the pressure gauge reach the required value, which is generally set at 4 ~ 6Mpa.
Adjustment and operation of breaking roll After the printed matter is coated, it is sent out from the unwinding mechanism and enters between the paper drawing roller and the paper drawing rubber roller. The paper drawing rubber roller performs the clutch action driven by the air cylinder. Pressure of paper drawing roller It is adjusted before leaving the factory. Generally, it does not need to be adjusted after it is in the hands of the user.
Two pressing wheels are pressed on the paper output roller, and the body end is the guide wheel, which is facing the paper surface; The pressure wheel at the outer end deflects slightly outward to form a wavelet for easy breaking.
The paper receiving table is prepared with multiple heights for selection, depending on the thickness of the paper. Different heights are adopted according to different conditions.
