RFM-106MCX equipped with paper pre-stacker, can no stop feeding. The maximum size of the paper is 1060x1100mm, The minimum size is 300x300, The thickness of the paper can be between 105 and 500 grams.80g paper also can be laminating, but speed will be slower.
The precision feeder is adopted with high precision four delivery and four suction to ensure the straightness of the paper is within 2mm. The feeding speed can reach up to 12000 pieces/hour, and the feeder drive can be moved back and forth, so that the paper can run smoothly with different specifications.
Servo motor is used to control the size of paper fasteners and the gap accuracy is within 1.5mm.
The paper adopts the vacuum pump of the international brand of German Baker, which is sensitive to air blowing and inhalation, reliable and durable.
The paper passes through the bridge with the wind and the pressure wheel double guarantee, ensure that paper does not deviate.
